The Role of BARC

BARC Cyprus is RSPCA-Associated and is run by a small group of volunteers bonded by a desire to improve the welfare of the cats and dogs owned by members of BFC.  It is situated at Building 720, Norfolk Hill, Episkopi and the office hours are 08:00 - 12:00 noon,  Monday - Saturday.

The primary role of BARC is to find new homes for cats and dogs that for any reason cannot accompany their owners on repatriation. When space is available boarding facilities can also be offered.

Advice on the export and import of animals is also available. Due to the health risk to other animals BARC is unable to take in strays which should be reported to the SBA Police.
